Springstreet

Springstreet BandSpringStreet got its start in 1990 when the founding members Mike Williams, Dan Nieto And Steve Carroll met at a local Bluegrass festival. They went to Euerka Springs, Arkansas to watch the legendary “Bill Monroe” perform. Just outside the Music Hall was a street sign that read, "SpringStreet" the name just seamed to fit. 18 years later, although the names and faces in the band have changed, the band still has its own distinctive sound, with their own style of Bluegrass. Their music is influenced not only by Bluegrass, but also Country, Gospel, and other styles as well. The band has performed at many different festivals and events across Oklahoma, Arkansas,Texas, Kansas and Missouri, including local radio, t.v stations and churches. One of the main strengths of the band is the strong lead vocals, all of members can sing so there is a good variety and a lot of great harmony to please the ear. They also have some great original songs written and arranged by members of the band. Along with great singing the members each possess great talent on their individual instruments. There is something for the whole family to enjoy. The current members of the band are Mike Williams (Banjo&vocal) Halston Williams (Fiddle) Larry Todd (Bass&lead vocal) Nick Alberty (Mandolin& lead vocal) Jimmy Kemp (Guitar& lead vocal) and last but not least Dan Nieto (Guitar&lead vocal).

Rockin Acoustic Circus

Rockin Acoustic Circus BandThroughout the 60 plus year history of bluegrass music, several young people started breaking musical molds at a early age – Ricky Skaggs, Sam Bush and Chris Thile, to name just a few. It appears the Rockin' Acoustic Circus is one such group pushing these musical boundaries in their youth. Turning heads with an overflowing talent pool and musicianship beyond their years, this six-piece ensemble comprised of five teens and one musical veteran are wowing crowds and critics alike. Quickly morphing from a well-received regional favorite into a group with nationally recognized aspirations, they've already blown away folks at award winning music festivals and shared the stage with well-known artists like Sam Bush, John Cowan, Darol Anger and Byron Berline. Next on the horizon appears to be one small step for bluegrass, but one giant leap for RAC.
