Benefits of Chamber Membership
As a member you get publicity for you business by scheduling a Ribbon Cutting or hosting an Open House. Call the office at (918) 478-4780, so we can help you schedule your special event. Members will be invited via email, the Chamber Notes and the local newspaper. Additionally, the newspaper will be there to take a photo and gather information featuring your business in the Fort Gibson Times, and possibly The Muskogee Phoenix, who gets a copy of all of our new businesses.
Chamber notes are sent out each Monday, updating members on happenings in and around the area of Fort Gibson, plus information relating to business economics, statewide events and other community happenings.
Inclusion in the Fort Gibson Chamber web site. Each member has their individual listing, with links to your own web site. Additionally each member gets to customize their own page with pictures, descriptions and custom content.
Continuous referrals and updates for your business. The telephone is answered, or forwarded to constantly monitored cell phone during business hours. Any questions pertaining to your business, will be referred to your place of business. Community inquiries are recieved daily.
Quarterly "Business After Hours" get togethers... These social gatherings are sponsored by a local business each quarter. They are a great place to meet, mingle and visit with other local business and service people in a casual atmosphere. Refreshments are served and it is open to all members and guests.

Additionally. we work hand-in-hand with the National Historic Site (Old Fort) and other local organizations, to help with the planning and execution of their special events.
Updatied Community Profiles are available for all business locations that are current Chamber Members.
Certificate of Membership, suitable for framing, shows your continuous support of the Chamber and your business influence in our community. These are mailed annually, at investment renewal time.
